Orders can be placed in two methods:

Please be aware that it can take up to 10 business days for us to process your order. Due to the fact that most of our products are made daily, we need time to process. The resulting benefit to you the customer is "Guaranteed Freshness" of product.

Body Lotions may be shipped, however express shipping charges apply. Due to the extremely perishable nature of this product it should be kept away from extreme heat..
-It must be shipped with the highest care and may be shipped separate from any other products ordered, and the following shipping charges could be applied separately!

It is the sole responsibility for the customer to provide a viable shipping address. We are not responsible for the item if FEDEX has to make multiple attempts at delivery. There are also no refunds on returned items. (If several attempts are made at delivery and the recipient isn't available to sign for the package, and that package is returned, as long as there was no error on the part of BOP88, then the customer assumes complete liability.)
RETURN POLICY:
Please be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order.
Gifts may be exchanged within 5 days of the day the package was received (as long as the items are unused). If you are returning a package please use an insured and pre-paid method (we recommend UPS or FEDEX). Include your packing slip (or a note with your invoice number) and your reason for return.
Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
