| HEARING FROM GOD ________________________________________________________________________ Apostle Terry Graham Sunday, April 27, 2008 11:30 AM Scripture References Summary Review We need to know the difference between hearing from God and hearing from the devil. We need to come to a place in God where we recognize his voice. Some of us are so use to the struggle that it’s become a way of life that is normal for us. Say Aloud: “I must be swift to hear and slow to speak” Lesson Notes: Your wrath does not create the righteousness or holiness of God within you. Say Aloud: Heavenly father I will hear your word and I will obey your word all the days of my life. God needs us to take the word and study the word and operate in the word with a personal display of obedience to God. We are examples to the word because we are the body of Christ. What we give up and let go of will cause us to have more peace more joy and more fulfillment when we replace it with walking in the word of God all the days of our life. When other people see us, what do they see? Do they see someone who is hearing and doing the word or do they see a hypocrite or fake Christian? After the word has been sowen you are held accountable for what you’ve heard. The former affects the ladder> If your parent had did what they were suppose to do in obedience to God then you as their seed would be blessed. Benefits of hearing and doing the word of god 1. You learn how to live 2. It is well with you 3. You shall live long in the Land of Canaan. |
